About Me
I'm teenage jeanette also known as Marissa. I'm a maker.
I grew up in a suburb of Los Angeles and, in later years, central California. I love thinking of different ways through making people can reconnect with themselves, each other, and the environment.
I like drawing, writing letters at random, comedy, playing bass, trying food, and wearing hats.
If you see me I’m usually wearing one.
Vision
I believe craft technology can unlock secrets in sustainable design, materials science, tangible embedded interaction, fabrication methodologies, and the future of space technology.
My mission is and will always be to learn, make, hack, repair, and repeat.
With that, I intend to become a stronger engineer/maker in industry and leader for those who will be a part of my future research, design & tinkering studio.

What’s up, happy 2026 >:3 First of all thank you for being here! I don’t mean “here” on this page. I mean existing - you know, being alive, etc. I’ve been pretty busy but just wanted to let you know I’m currently in the process of migrating this site onto GitHub. Once that happens, I’ll update with the link. For now, enjoy the space where GitHub and Notion meet.
